Step #1: Stop by the Board of REALTORS office and complete a RETS agreement. Let them know you will be using Progressive Design as a Vendor. There is a monthly fee that is paid to RIMAOR. We cannot add the MLS search to your website until this step is completed.

Step #2: Call us at (909) 337-3251. You must complete our application form and either fax it to (909) 363-7327 or e-mail it to info@mountainrets.com. There is a one-time $250 design and installation charge, as well as a $50 annual connection fee that is paid to Progressive Design.

Step #3: We will set up the MLS search template for you and include up to 1 hour of design work to include a page header and buttons that emulate the look and feel of your website as needed.

Step #4: Once our setup is completed, we will e-mail you an .html file with simple instructions that you or your webmaster can use to add to your existing website. If you need additional assistance in adding the MLS Search to your website, we will do our best to assist you or complete the job for you at a nominal fee.
